What kinds of files can I send you?

You’re able to send .jpg, .tif, .mp4, .mov, and more – if you have a question about a particular file type, please call us at (877) 237-4037 during business hours and we’ll sort you out!

Is there a limit to the size and number of files I can upload?

No, upload and send us all the files you want.

What formats of video will I receive for my finalized video?

Our editing team generally returns an .mp4 that is YouTube and Vimeo ready, or able to be loaded onto a USB drive for clients. If you need your video to be in a different format from .mp4, just let us know in your instructions and we’ll get that taken care of for you!

Is there a way to get my video faster than 48 hours?

If you need your video faster than 48 hours, for just 50% more of the base price we will rush your order and get it back to you within 48 hours.

What if I need to request a change?

Need a tweak or change? Prefer a shot be moved forward in time, added or removed? We’ll make two rounds of changes for you at NO ADDITIONAL COST!

What if I'm unhappy with my video?

If you are not able to use your video, and we just haven’t been able to get it right for you, no worries, we won’t charge you. Your satisfaction is guaranteed!
